William A. Little III
Our President, Bill started his business career working as a Project Engineer with Brown and Root in Houston Texas from 1950-1955, before heading off to Southwest American Construction for the next ten years as a General Contractor specializing in Oil Field Construction.

From 1965 through 1973 Bill formed, and was President and CEO of William A. Little and Company, a securities company where he specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, and additionally had a division which focused on Industrial Real Estate.

From 1973-1976 he served as a Director, and additionally was a member of, the Control Group for the First National Bank of Zapata, Texas. At the same time, and continuing through 1986, Bill returned to the energy business as President and CEO of Mid-South Flare Corporation, a manufacturer and field service company specializing in Natural Gas processing equipment.

From 1982-1986 he served as Chairman of the Board at Alameda Petroleum Corp, independent oil operators and oil field equipment manufacturers.

In 1986 and 1987 he served as a consultant, as well as CFO at Health World, Inc., a 32 branch Health & Fitness operator. Bill then served as CEO of two publicly held companies, first Seville Technologies, Inc. then continuing through 1995 at Medici Corporation in Houston, Texas which specialized in medical laser manufacturing and medical supplies wholesale distribution.

Rounding out Bill's distinguished career, in 1995 and continuing through the present, he has been the Principal at William A. Little and Company, Investment Bankers in Houston, Texas while simultaneously serving as President of Trinidad Oil and Gas Corporation of Bacliff, Texas.
